Current Scouting volunteer role:  lead Scoutmaster of one of East Tennessee's largest and most active Boy Scout troops. It's a massive undertaking — akin to being a middle school principal as a part-time hobby! 
Advanced Leadership Training:  Completed course in Wood Badge  —  the Boy Scouts of America’s legendary course in advanced leadership and team building
Previous leadership:  served 7 years as Cubmaster of our Cub Scout Pack, in the elementary-age Scouting program
Outside the office: You’ll find me leading camping adventures or paddling on a nearby lake — always scouting for the next big leadership challenge for the boys.
